My goal is to support and enhance your ability to  create and navigate life with ease, as you re-imagine yourself.  

EDUCATION: 

• Bachelor of Social Work (BSW), a generalist counseling degree. 
• Minor in interpersonal communications 
• Continuing education in business, psychology, sociology, systems theory, communication, physics and human energetic dynamics.

EXPERIENCE:

• Coaching individuals and families since 2004.
• Owned and operated three businesses
• Founded one non-profit
• Seven years’ experience in organizational development, social services oversight & workforce development. 
• Managed teams of up to 78 people.
• Developed and taught parenting courses and a variety of other team building/motivational/life skills courses.

Ever since I can remember I have been fascinated with human behavior, emotional, spiritual and relationship dynamics. My family of origin was quite dysfunctional. While it was a miserable existence and incredibly difficult, looking back it was the perfect environment for me as it inspired all the  questions and growth I needed to become an excellent resource for you. 

With my never-ending drive to heal, learn, educate and develop myself, I have accumulated vast experience, insights, humility and wisdom and it is all here for your asking.  

I help others find their direction and purpose by approaching everything we do together from strengths perspective. I teach you to always look for what is positive, right, or good and to continue building from there. This perspective fuels your own personal journey with synergy.
